  • Fresh scent leaves
  • Fresh Uziza leaf
  • Fresh bitter leaf
  • 500g beef
  • One large dried fish, fresh fish and stockfish
  • Palm oil
  • Salt and Seasoning
  • Crayfish
  • Fresh pepper and onions.
